| We do not offer furnished apartments at this time. |
| Amenities are available throughout the day—pools are open from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, while the fitness center and laundry facilities are open 24 hours. The business center is accessible during regular business hours. |
| We provide surface parking and offer optional covered parking for just $20 per month. |
| Each apartment is allowed up to two pets. |
Admin
| Application approvals typically take 48 to 72 hours. |
| Yes, renter’s insurance is required for all residents. |
| You may choose any internet and cable provider that services our area. |
| Required documents for the application process include proof of income and a valid government-issued photo ID. |
| To set up your utilities, contact LUS and provide your welcome home letter to begin service. |
| Utilities including water, sewer, trash, and pest control are billed separately and added to your monthly rent. |
| If your application is denied, we can provide an invitation to reapply through The Guarantors program. |
| Rent is due on the 1st of the month, with a grace period until the 3rd to avoid late fees. |
| Applications can be completed online or by visiting our leasing office for a paper form. |
| Application fees are $75 per applicant age 18 and older, plus a $100 administrative fee. |
